How to Book

To make a reservation, please fill out the Hotel Reservation Form and return it to the Secretariat. Telephone reservations cannot be accepted. Since September is the tourist season in Beijing, attendees are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible.

Any change made to the reservation prior to arrival must be communicated to the Secretariat, NOT TO the hotels directly.

Reservation Deadline

Please make a reservation before July 31, 2009. Room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date, although Local Organizing Committee will make every effort to help participants to find rooms.

Late Arrival

If a participant does not show up by the following morning, the room will be released at that time and the person charged for the night.

Confirmation of Hotel Reservations

Participants will receive a written confirmation of their reservation by e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation within 15 days, please contact the conference secretariat.

Methods of Payment

All accommodation expenses have to be settled directly with the hotel on-site. Credit card and cash are both accepted. All room rates are quoted in RMB.

Notes

1. The Secretariat will make reservations according to the check-in and check-out dates indicated on your Hotel Reservation Form. If you wish to change, please inform the Secretariat in time.
2. The rates quoted above are special discount rates only for the conference. They include one breakfast (or two), US$1.5 city construction fees per day and 15% service charges. Extras such as IDD and DDD calls, laundry, mini-bars, etc. are not included.
3. The Secretariat will not be responsible for room sharing arrangement. For those who intend to share rooms, please indicate your roommate's name on the Hotel Reservation Form.
